thank you jr. i was hopeing i wouldnt have to take the carb off, im not good at that stuff i end up with parts left over.. i will read up on it.. by the way what is the cdi and where is it located? thanks.

john this scooter has few miles on it. run good untill my son run it dry on gas..

engine was cold took the wires of the enricher and engine still quit running... i would like to get a few more rides before i put it up for winter.. thanks

It sounds like it runs only when the auto enricher is working and when the needle extends shutting off the enricher circuit, the engine stalls. After the 20 minute wait the enricher might be cool enough to let the engine start again? An easy way to check this is disconnect the wire running to the enricher while it's still cold and see if it keeps running. If it does keep running, then the carb either needs a more thorough cleaning and adjustment or replacement altogether.[/quote whats the enrichner look like and whers it located..thanks

hi guys, i drained and cleaned the gas tank. took the fuel pump off and apart and cleaned it.. checked all the vacum lines. checked for fuel going thru the line to the carburater.all is ok .. ithink its electrical and what ever gets hot stops the flow of fuel.. theres a electrical part on top of the carb , how do i check it. the engine will start and run full throttle for about 2 minnuts the die and not start for about 20 minnuts.. thanks Attachments:

thanks for the help guys as soon as i get a chance i will check the fuel to the carburater. but today i started it and it took full throttle after a few minnuts it died and wouldnt start untill waitng.. it was like i turnd the key off no gas smell or n sputter, just died..

i bought it new and it run good no problems dealer said all oils and etc was ok when they sold it . .since it ran out of gas i relaced the fuel filter , spark plug.. it will start and idle but when i give it throtle it will die and take 15 to 20 minnuts to start again. could there be an air pockett in the line? or vacum not pulling the cas up.. thanks for the help..
