My brother-in law bought it from a friend for 500.00. The owner told him he had no MSO or registration for the scooter. He found out the next day when he sobered up that the scooter had a hundred things wrong with it. So he gave it to me thinking to not spend any more money on it. He knows I will chase after it until every thing is fixed. See I even have to work for free stuff But I'm not really complaining.

[replyingto=justbuggin2]justbuggin2[/replyingto]I don't have a MSO. Maybe I could find a junk scooter and use the title?

Blows fuse. I have a 50cc Chinese scooter. It started loosing power on acceleration. I checked the valve adjustment and there was no lash. I set both at .002. When I restarted it to see how good it ran when hot, it blew the red fused wire off the battery. I guessed I pinched a wire some where but I can't find anything wrong. What the H!! I see the wire goes to the volt regulator and ign. switch. It blows the fuse with key off. Think it's the volt regulator? Any help would be appreciated !
