Issue was in the switch itself. Purchased a new one from Rocketa parts, Bought entirely new housing 9.99 plus shipping. All is well now. Thanks for the help.

Alleyoop, not what I meant at all, I was saying I thought I posted on the wrong board, not that I was impatient. Thats's all. JR yes I have 13 Volts at the battery during idle and 13.8 at 4k rpm.

It started with dim head lamp, running lamp, and instrument cluster. Replaced R/R running lights and cluster lights back to normal. Now my problem is no regular beam or high beam, however when i depress passing both lamps come on. I have ordered new lamps but I don't believe that is the issue. When I meter at the quick connect I get 16 volts DC on the blue wire when pass is depressed and nothing on the blue white or yellow when the switch is in the hi or low beam setting. At this point I suspect the switch but not sure.

Before, I had dim headlamps and dash. Replaced regulator all is well with the dash and front running light, however now I have no high or low beam. Only when I select the passing setting on lamp switch will they come on. I metered the leads with the head lamps unplugged and only saw voltage when the passing switch was depressed. Nothing at high or low setting. I'm waiting on new bulbs, but I don't believe that to be the issue. Thoughts?
