Sent the pic. Where does the line go or should i just plug it? Also I just checked the spark and now I am getting no spark. Tried two different coils and two plugs. No spark?

Yes there is a line going to the petcock. You just can`t see it. The bottom line go\es from the intake manifold back to the small nozzle on the carb next to the drain hose. the top one goes up to the top of the fuel tank.

Alleyoop I E-mailed you a picture of the motor to see if you can give me some insight about the hoses. I don`t know if you can see anything. I`m not too good with the camera. Never have been and never will.

As I was cleaning up after I put the motor back in the scoot I found 3 three of the guides in the corner. Don`t know from where they came but are they important to put back in? Feel pretty stupid now!

OK I got the parts and replaced the piston and rings. I gaped the rings at .004 or as close to that as i could get, put everything back together and was real proud of myself for a while. Put it back in the Scooter and it won`t start. Is there a trick to getting them started after doing the work I did? I tried putting gas in the breather tube on the carb to no avail. Oh I replaced the coil while i was at it. How do i make it run?

I have a picture of the valves and they appear a little burnt, but I don`t know how to post the picture here. I can copy it but it won`t let me paste it here. Any ideas?

I`m sorry for that last post it`s just that I started out with a new scooter and now I have 2 boxes of junk. I bought the scoot with the money i received from my mothers estate, rest her soul. And there is no more.

I have about $80.00 bucks in the bank and i cannot afford a video camera before i find out if a kit will solve my problems and price one. Otherwise I`m goin to have to wait until i can get the money , Probably 3 weeks and I`m going to starve for the next month if I can`t get everything to fix it for that. I don`t mean to be abrupt but I am very limited on cash and right now I`m stuck between a rock and a hard spot. I don`t even know if i have the tools to put this thing back together. I know i don`t havea ring expander and i don`t know what else i am going to need.

Like I said before i can`t take pictures. If i buy a big bore kit say 49cc to 80cc will that give me everything i need to put it back together and have it fixed at the same time. I haven`t taken the piston off yet but the rings look to be real loose. The only ones that are tight are the curly one.s The rest appear to be sprung out and the gap is 1/4 inch or bigger. it would be smaller if they were compressed and fit tight around the cyclender but they are loose. also looking at the valves from the bottom they appear to be a little burnt but not damaged too much. Am waiting for an answer before i buy the kit or anything for that matter.
