How do you make the forum ad free ?
the google ads are meking me nuts!!!!!!!!!!!

Ealier in the year John I posted about ad free and while some forums don't mind and think nothing of the google ads some people don't like them.

The system to keep them off is provided by proboards and it works on a basis of you pay for what is called hits each month to the site. The minimum that can be purchased is 50,000 hits a month, you can buy more. At the end of each month the ads will re-appear unless another 50k hits are purchased,

Hits that are not used can't be carried over to the next month and when forums are starting out and small most generally 50k of hits makes the entire month with no problems but sometimes say right at the end of the month you've exceeded your allownace then you have 2 choices, buy another 50k of hits or let the ads stay on untill the fisrt of the next month. Say if you went over on the 29th of the month it would be foolish to buy another 50k worth of hits and two days later the first of the month came and you lost the unused portion.

At the bottom of the forum pages is a line that says this;

Click Here To Make This Board Ad-Free

Now just click on this and follow the instructions, you can donate as little as $1 or however much you want. Be very sure of two things tell the name of the forum and how much you want to give, all this goes straght to Proboards I do not want or get a dime.

After you donate Proboards send me a PM telling me that ad free credits have been purchased and how many. To get the minimum of 50k hits it's $7.

I paid for a couple of months and then thought I would wait until the forum got bigger and then see what everyone thought about the ads?
