Hi Cobra, I answered your pm and added the pictures of the parts and links to where to get them. Also you will need a Bicycle De-Railer cable . Alleyoop

Cobra, What I did was take an old Enricher and took the Plunger and Needle and modified it to be able to attach the cable on to it instead of using the plunger the kit comes with. Alleyoop

Its been hard to start but when I get a chance I will pull the carb and give it a good cleaning and see if that helps. If it don't that's why I was thinking of a manual choke like I have on my Harley.. thanks again for all your help and this important info..

If it is hard to start it could be you valves are to tight. How many miles on the scoot and when was the last time you adjusted the valves. I would First Adjust the valves that is most likely what is causeing the hard starts. Do you notice less power and or wanting to die when coming to stops after it is nice and hot ? You can test the choke to see if it is working it is very easy to test. Take it off when the scoot is cold and see if the PLUNGER is RETRACTED if it is that means it is feeding extra fuel for cold starts(which its supposed to). But if when you pull if off COLD the plunger is EXTENDED then it is bad and NOT allowing extra fuel for cold starts. Here is what it should look like COLD RECTRACTED- GOOD. Here is what it should look like After the motor has been running for about 5 minutes: EXTENDED no extra fuel is being fed:
