Nice little set up ya got there Luke! Wouldn't be any trouble to put a nice litte tender roast pig or young goat on there either. Now just add some of MC's barbque sauce and it's time to eat!

Personally I have never been a fan of whole hog, Good stuff no doubt, Just not my cup o tea. Now throw some Lamb Or Deer on there and let the Mutton/ Venison flow!!!!!!! Deep fried turkey and some Deer meat make for a divine Thanksgiving IMO. Forget the side dishes (Glad to see ya back Luke)--- I hope.

Like I said, It's good stuff, I'm Just not a fan of pork. No offense intended. I like beef ribs over pork, is that so bad? Red meat rules!!!!! If it has to be whole hog I want the head. (Not joking) Don't worry I'll share I wanna see Whole Buffalo or maybe Ostrich Now that's a meal ;D ;D Ever have rattle snake??? Odd yes, Best smell from a kitchen EVER!!! Now that's white meat!!!!

Hey now you're talking Bong! Yes the head is very important! .jfolse.com/recipes/meats/pork21.htm" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">.jfolse.com/recipes/meats/pork21.htmJust a messing with you on the hog though, myself I'm not a beef fan except aged beef, hard to find anymore. But pork is one thing that you just about can eat the whole animal, from his head to his tail! Even todays finest sausages are still put in a thin hog gut including beef too. Oh and all the other critters you mentioned, yes I've ate them all. The ostrichs are running loose here in old Arkieland along with emu birds too. When people learned they couldn't make any money raising these things they just turned them loose. Ostrich meat is very lean and 99% fat free cooks up very dry unless you wrap it in some good smoked bacon! ooops ther goes that pork thing again! LOL JR

( EPIC MEAL TIME) Just having a bit of fun, I would gladly Have a meal you cooked!!!!! A steamed chicken, Or Bar B Q!!!!! If ever in Vegas, look me up!!! I have a killer dry rub recipie for grilled chicken.

Now just add some of MC's barbque sauce and it's time to eat! JR Awww, JR are you admitting that us YANKEES made the better sauce? ;D LUKE, nice little set up you got and yes, it does deserve some good BBQ sauce to break it in. If I can find that list of addresses I had .... Bong, don't worry, we'll make you a member of P.E.T.A. yet! M/C
