so I tested my charging system today , I have 2 35w headlight bulbs and everything else is led . So with the headlights on It shows 13.7 up to 14vdc , I connected a 55w bulb to the battery with the headlights on the output voltage dropped to about 12.5 to 12.7vdc seems like a very slow discharge . so I figure 70w on the headlights + 55w on the extra bulb is 125w not counting any leds , so I think the output is about 120w and I should be safe .

Hey John I'm sorry I missed this post and from everything I've gathered the 11 pole stator is at 135W.

Are your headlight bulbs the standard bulb? Some guys are putting in other bulbs with just as much light but less current draw like on a car? I never ride at night so I don't mess with the lights but I'm thinking it's the Xenon bulbs? If you're hurting for amps you might look into this?
