For a 250 58mph? I would question it. A 250 should be able to cruise 65 with no problems. my .02 Alleyoop

If you read the specs for that same company's 150s, they say the same thing-Top Speed 58. More than likely whoever inserted the copy just cut and pasted and then made revisions. Either he didn't know its top speed or missed it when proofreading. I don't think this a worse deal than all the Linhai engined 2008 250s on the web. No matter what you buy online a good PDI is in order. Honda engine clones have shown themselves to be a reasonably good deal in everything and much less trouble to get running right than the Linhai motors.

It's for sure the tank/bali/250DE clone and it's the 244cc clone. It's heavier and longer than the reflex clone which will hurt it's top end some.
Gonna agree with Cruiser on the less troble than the reflex clone simply because the radiator is in the front and it won't have the cooling issues like the reflex clones. But it still has the weaker charging system with all the wiring and fuses and I don't like the little 10" back tire they put on this model. It doesn't affect the driving but 3k and it's time for a tire.
This scooter is comfortable to ride and handles nicely.
As far as linhai versus cf moto clones I'll venture to say the troubles with both run on a scale of neck and neck and as KZ mentioned PDI is the key thing. This is a good deal but read the print free shipping is only to commercial sites, at home is $50 and warranty is parts only.
If I needed a scooter I wouldn't hesitate to buy this but I would be careful on the money part of the transaction and protect myself in case the deal went south.
