I have a 2011 150 cc Saga that has stopped working. Not used for 18 mos, tried to start 2 months ago, turned over but wouldn't start. Drained gas last week and put in new gas, went to start and nothing, no power, no lights, horn, dials. Battery is good, tested 12.8 volts. After some research tried bypassing starter relay with screwdriver and it turns over and starts until i remove screwdriver. Also near the battery I found two wires which look like they are disconected from each other but one is green with male baynet end and the other is grey and white with female connector. Traced green wire back to ignition and tested continuity and good. No idea where other wire goes but when I bypass starter relay it only starts when these wires are not connected. When connected turns over but doesnt start. Fuse by battery is good but cant find any other fuses. I'm not that mechanically inclined but im willing to try and figure out what problem is. Does anyone have any idea what could be problem and fix. Thanks
