2 Brand new Tao Tao at-50. They both run rough. Cut out and buck when going up a hill or at full throttle. Only run about 15mph. Now one won’t idle. Only has 20 km on odometer. Will start and stay running with throttle open. Spark plug has black dry look. Any thoughts?
