I just picked up a 2008 MB 54250 B scooter I was told it popped the fuse and wouldn't start afterwards I replaced the 30 amp fuse and when I turn on the ignition it pops again I checked the grounds I resanded the grounds I can't seem to figure out what it could be I tried jumping the starter solenoid which is new but im nor getting any spark. Someone please help!!

you need to trace your wires you have a dead short to frame.

you need to trace your wires you have a dead short to frame. Crawford is correct as usual,,,somewhere (I suspect the main battery to solenoid or solenoid to starter wire) the wire has rubbed thru on a sharp edge and is grounding to the frame ,,,and as a very rare side note I've also have seen starter motors short internally but it's win the lotto odds,,,I've seen it only once in dozens and dozens of builds
