I have a question my 150cc scooter bulbs are blown an there 12v 18/18 watts so i bought some new bulbs that are i think 12v 50/60 car bulbs when i put on the lights they wont come on an when they do come on dash lights an back lights get real dim is there any reason for that happening

I think you have to go back to the original wattage bulbs,, and if they get really bright I think you have a regulation problem

No they dont get hot the dash an back lights get dim then i put the front of my sons scooter on an his bulb is 12v8 55w an it worked fine could it be the bulbs i bought is pulling to much current

Yes,,,the charging systems on some scooters is very marginal,,,as a side note if just changing a bulb makes such a noticeable difference the battery may be getting weak

Your new 50/60 watt bulb is demanding nearly 3 times as much current than the circuit was designed for. They leave nothing left for other circuits. You could melt the insulation from the headlight power wires and creat an even bigger problem.
