its a 250cc the one with the big fuse box that has four going one way and one going another. 

my clock comes on but nothing happens when i turn my key.. no gas no odometers.. only my clock is on..

First off double check all the fuses and if that doesn't work get out the meter and start checking wires for bad connections and grounds

Pull speedo head make sure all connections are well connected.
