hey everyone i am new to this site so bear with me i just bought a scooter and it needs a starter clutch so i found one and bought it and installed it well i went to start it and i have no spark i found some cut wires and want to know if you all have or can get me a repair manual with a WIRING DIAGRAM any help would be greatly helpful here is all the info on the scooter

My problem is were can i get a repair manual
scrappydogscooters gave me a free manual it is for the yahmaha yp250 which they said is the same thing as mine but the wiring doesent match my scooter please help here is the url for a free manual that they gave me
