Hi I am from Puerto Rico and just recently bought a 2003 Derbi GP1 with a gy6 engine. The wiring that it had was a mess, just white and red cables joining all cables, I bought a 11 pole wire and magneto from Fabian scooter parts, and I am installing it but I am having trouble in matching the original lightning and electrical handlebars switches to the Gy6 harness so far all I have working is the horn, I have matched all the plugs to the GY6 engine but haven't figured out how to wire the lights, I have been downloading schematics and tried a few but had no luck. I would appreciate any help. thanks in advance.

wiloss If you can give me some pictures and wire colors we can figure out how to make this work.

Also there is a diagram in this service manual that may help?

I recently took a project for a neighbor on a 2013 Varoom Power-sport, Lots of issues, been sitting for 2+ years. Main problem was broken key in in ignition. Ordered new ignition switch, When I went to install red wire had been cut and by-passed connector. I re-wired back to connector the way I thought it should be, now when I turn on key flashers stay on, I ordered new turn signal switch and a new flasher relay switch, Why do flashers stay on all the time??

Time to pull that plug and chase down the wires with a meter set on continuity
