i have a starting issue ,i have a 150cc peace scooter and im having starting issues ,it will kill my fully charged battery before it starts up so the only way to start it is to jump it off from a vehicle and it has to be running or it will not start i have new ngk spark plug im getting spark ,my carbs cleaned out ,my valves are set correctly i dont no what else,if you could help i would greatly appreciate it,,,,thanks

I would test starter to see how much draw it's doing I have seen starters draw so much it just kills the battery.

Hi do you have to turn it over for a long time before it starts or will it not turn over at all with the battery or turn over slowly?,,,, first impression is the starter is starting to die ,,,
