OK guys.......I'm driving in downtown New Orleans on Tuesday night and hit a pothole going about 35mph with my wife on the back....boom instant rear tire blowout and dented rim. Where's the best place to purchase both? I did do some looking around at old post concerning tires and saw a lot of good words on the Avon Viper series from Flintstone. I want to buy a good quality tire so suggestions please. Also where can I get a replacement rim......pretty certain it's a 13" rim.......

Yup,looks like a good buy--I think your bike will be similar to mine ,changing tires---I found that when disassembling the needed parts,be sure to remove the bolts from both shocks at the bottom frame, not the top--let the shocks dangle while removing the wheel assembly--and be sure to put a good valve in the good rim---also Avon has a dot marked on the tire for purpose of getting the balance right--I forget ,I think you want it at the valve hole position---how about it guys?

Oh wow never thought of that! LOL My plan is to bring the new tire and rim to a local "full service" gas station(not many of those around)for mounting so it would be good to know if what Flintstone is saying is right........the dot lined up with new valve stem. Flintstone, thanks for that info.......got a shipping notice today on the rim......will receive it next Wednesday...... On another note.......while I have the ass end of this puppy off I plan to also finally wire up my new trunk. It came with a strip of running lights and brake lights. By trade I'm a marine piping designer so things electrical perplex me. So any help in this area would be appreciated. Where can I find a wiring diagram on a Jonway YY250T? If y'all need pictures of the new trunk and its wiring let me know........thanks!

Does anyone know if there exist a 5-pin splitter pigtail? I purchased a new Bestem trunk a while back but I never hooked up the led brake and running lights. What I was thinking if this 5-pin splitter pigtail existed I wouldn't have to splice in to the existing wiring harness..........any and all ideas are appreciated!! I have a 2011 Jonway YY250T Thanks......Burrhead Dave
