50cc Renegade moped, every time I try to start it, blows the fuse every time. The one by the battery. Yet it's when I put the brake on as when I go to start it is when it blows the fuse. Was fine when I parked it. Not even ten minutes later it did this. Please help, I know NOTHING about this stuff. Thank you.

This is best found by using a volt meter to locate the grounded out wire. If you know how to use one then we can talk you through the process of finding the problem. JR
