Hi guys yamaha xn125 teos 4 stroke. scooter has been working great starts first time all the time when you go to rev it bogs down cuts out. try again same thing . cleaned all the carb not adjusted anything it's a standard bike. put it all back together it has a automatic choke let it warm up same problem. If I loosen the automatic choke at the carb it seems to be letting in more air and it revs freely good to go. connect it back up cuts out when you rev it. stripped off the automatic choke it seems to be working extending and retracking ok if anyone one could point me in the right direction please thanks for reading.

Too much air not enough fuel pull the carb and check the jets again and also take off the top and check the diaphragm for tears or holes,,,while your in there also give the vac lines and manifold a look check mounting nuts too

Seems to me if it's something to do with the choke? When it's cold it won't rev up until I do the above. Cheers

you may want to consider getting a manual choke setup they are easy to install and very inexpensive,,,i still think you have an air leak somewhere or the jets are plugged

Took the main jet off there is are brass screw inside the hole tryed screwing it out no joy . When looking inside venturi it is sticking up .there is a notch on the top of it, I turned it round to face into the engine side. fired the bike up . It will rev up a lot better than it was . Just blip on the revs before it picks up . tryed moving the needle up made it worse. now back to original setting.
