Video shows the obvious difference in valve length here:thescooterprofessor.proboards.com/thread/4177/gy-valve-length-50cc-enginesThe 150cc in most cases has a 65.3mm length valve. Here is a photo showing two different 50cc heads, one for sure has a longer valve.
