It looks good but dont know life expectancy of these motors and part availability.

Puma's are descent scoots, they still sell them so parts are available. What year and model is it, is it a 50cc 150cc etc.. Also 1000 miles is nothing on these little motors. Just make sure the motor turns over and has compression.
