OK I always seem to break things ugh... well I went to take out my 20g rollers that were squeaking to try out the 22g sliders I got and after taking off the nut the variator it didn't seem to want to come off, luckily I had some flywheel pullers to get it off. Well it doesn't want to go back on now. I'm guessing I over tightened it using my airgun. Well its the backplate that the slides hook on, seems like the hole got smashed making it smaller. Can I bend this back someway or just hammer it on??? Or do I need to get a new plate? And where would I get one? seem I take one step forward and two back. Thanks

Look at the picture and Writing I put on it: If that is the back plate your talking about and now it will not go on the Crankshaft get a dremel tool and round it out enough to fit on the crank. And you cannot get that part separate you would have to buy the Variator set. Alleyoop

The torque specs for this engine are in the Helix manual in the tech section, air gun good to take off nut, not to tighten it back.
