ok so this is pretty big. i ordered the 100cc big bore kit for my fugati.... i had it installed and worked fine for about a month... then the battery wouldnt stay charged... couldnt figure out the problem.... recently my cdi box went out. replaced that and now im not getting any gas to the carb. the motor continually turns over but wont start.... i took the gas tank off. removed the petcock... when i blew into it air goes straight threw so nothing is clogging it. theres nothing obstructing the flow from the inside of the tank..... from what ive gathered in research is the petcock is the fuel pump i believe. and it runs off compression everything is tight so i dont understand where i would lose compression. maybe something else i have no idea thats y im here. any suggestions will help

If your tank is LOWER than your carb you have a FUEL PUMP if you your tank is HIGHER than the carb you have a PETCOCK.
Now take the fuel hose off the carb put it in a container and crank the motor over. FUEL should stream out into the cup while your cranking if not then it could be a crack in the VACUUM hose or it came off or the petcock is bad or the fuel filter is clogged.
Take a picture of the carb area and hose going to your petcock.

Have you checked your Valves, they may have tigthened up SET THEM BOTH to .003 inchs.

ok so it is a petcock and runs off compression so something isnt sealed right correct? i have replace just about everything you can think of except the fuel filter and petcock. and yes my valves are adjusted perfect. one thing i know im getting right lol

Here is how to post pictures: Did you check if fuel is getting to the carb? take the fuel hose off the carb and put it in a cup and crank it if fuel streams out then we know fuel is getting to the carb. Then we need to check if you have SPARK if you have a spare spark plug take the boot cap off the plug on the motor and stick the plug in and hold it on the valve cover and crank it .
