Picture of the CDI and the wire colors are needed on the plug that plugs into the CDI. We alos will need to do some voltage checks, do you have a multi-meter?
Also the scooter should have a 10A but for sure no bigger than a 15A fuse so if you are blowing 20A fuse you got a over draw on current somewhere?
