help! went bang sorta and now no compression and wont start!

Did the sparkplug come loose and blow out of the head? That is the first thing I would check.

Was it a BACKFIRE from the muffler like a "POW" sound real loud?
NEED MORE INFORMATION IN DETAIL, you were riding going downhill at 90 miles an hour etcc..The BANGr when and what happened.
The Bang can be a lot of things. Picture of the Motor area and Carb area and a VIDEO of it trying to start would also help.
