OK so here's an odd one I can't figure out. I'm working on a 2008 Jonway YY250T. We had to change the water pump due to overheating which is mounted in the right crankcase. We got it all put back together and now have an oil leak. All of the 8mm bolts around the right crankcase are torqued correctly. The oil is coming out a little pinhole in the crankcase right below the water pump. Oil doesn't come out all the time - only when it warms out. When you first start the scooter, it blows air out the little hole and then once it warms up, oil starts blowing out the pin hole. Any ideas anyone?

Here's a picture from the bottom of the crankcase. The pin hole where the arrow is pointing is where the oil leaks out.

Did you put in new O-rings in there and gasket, that is a pressure relieve hole. Just water not oil should be in there. Alleyoop

My friend that owns the bike put that part back together so I'm not sure. In reading through the service manual for this bike and I'm thinking it wasn't put back together correctly. It's the only thing it could be. I am going to take the water pump apart again and see what I find. I will post an update.
