When I cold start I get headlights and all running lights. Then after about 15 seconds they all fall out unless I hold the brakes and rev the motor. If I let off, they fall out. After driving about a mile or so with the brakes on the headlights might stay on for the rest of the night. But not always. I tried replacing the rectifier and same result. Stator is a month old and was installed by a mechanic. I checked all the connections and nothing looks fried, worn, or anything amiss. I don't know what to do. Please help me!!!!

Welcome to the forum. Could you give us a little info on your scooter? The lighting circuits are different depending on the size engine and model of scooter. It sounds like a possible ground problem.

After the headlights decide to not work the brakelights and signals, horn, all still work. Still runs great as it ever has just no running lights.

If the stator is correct then we need to check the R/R to see if it's putting out. First start the scooter and check the voltage at the battery with it idling and then rev her up to 3k or so RPM and see what it does then and give us the readings on both.
