I'm in St. Paul, MN. I got the scooter last year and it ran fine. This year I'm having all sorts of problems that I want to learn how to diagnose and fix. I'm mechanically inclined but don't know motorized things yet.

Welcome, good to have you on the forum. But if you really get in a bind, JIM(RAPIDREPAIR) is about 25miles north of you in MILLTOWN WI, just across the border on route 8.
