It has the 139QMB motor in there so you can get just about anything you want. You can get BIG BORE KITS for it 72cc, 83cc 100cc etc.. also performance variators etc.. It is a very common motor which just about all of the 4 stroke 50cc scooters have. Alleyoop

Thanks Alley , I rode this bike years ago and remember it for how comfortable the ride is. Just a hvy slow pig of a bike. I just ordered several upgrades , if you have any recommendations of what I missed that will help , please let me know.
1) 80 cc big bore kit 2) Performance CDI 3) Performance Variator 4) Full clutch and bell assembly 5) Final drive performance gears
That's my list so far. Thanks again for the help

Will try to keep a running update on my progress. Will also add pics soon. Just installed a remote alarm system on the Nitro. Peace of mind , thieves will hopefully think twice before stealing this bike.

Sorry for the absence. Kids , Wife , Work , LIFE... We all know those. The short of things is the Tomos to a huge crap on me and I swapped for a TaoTao Evo 150cc. Good bike , crap plastics though. The good news is the wife is so thrilled that I saved her a ton by commuting in all weather that I am allowed to get a 250 this year. Thanks for the info , I do miss my Tomos though.

Thanks for the reply. Quick Info... Married to Lovely Wife and we have 4 very young children. I initially convinced my wife to let me get the 150 by promising huge savings on our gas bill and I would ride in all weather to work ( a 20 mile round trip) . I rode to work in 18 degree weather this morning. So I kept my part of the bargain. As much as I would kill to have a SWing or even better yet , The new NM4 by Honda, Flowers won't add to our budget. Limited to under 2k at the moment. So will probably end up with the Roketa 250cc, I think it's the MC54 -250. Will continue to stop i9n and will start a thread asking for advice I am sure. If you know anybody feeling charitable with a 400 or 600cc scoot in the MD area, I promise to take good care of it. BTW the POS TaoTao 150 Evo has over 6000 miles on it since I started this deal with my wife.
