I know that, that is what we disconnected so you could take the stupid canister off all it is, is a EVAP system you will find a HOSE coming from the top of the gas tank going to the canister. It is a VACUUM operated VENT for the gas tank is all it is to trap FUMES. Then from the CANISTER you will find a BIG hose going to the AIR TUBING between the carb and the AIR FILTER BOX.

Did it fill the fuel filter and where is the fuel filter Between the carb and pump or between the gas tank and pump?

My fuelk filter is right next to the tank. It does have fuel in it..It has one hose connected to it from the tank and another hose connected to the carb.. WHAT!! the hose from the TANK SHOULD BE CONNECTED TO THE FUEL PUMP, then from the FUEL PUMP another hose going to the CARB. And on the pump the vacuum hose from the black "T". Otherwise NO GAS WILL EVER REACH THE CARB. The pump pumps the gas TO THE CARB.

Ok, but if the hose from the tank goes to your fuel filter then on the other side of the filter it goes straight to the CARB that is your problem.

The hose in the bottom pic that is hanging down was once attached to the canister. The top pic is of the T.

Look at #1 #2 and #3 cannot see there should be TWO HOSES one is the VACUUM and one gas out should go to CARB. The other two hoses on that tank where do they go ONE SHOULD GO TO THE CANISTER and where does the other one go to May be a return.
