Well its been a while my scoot has been running great jonway 150cc 2008. saturday i was changing my diff oil took the drain plug out and saw metel threads on the plug so when i tried to get it back in it would not snug down so its stripped should i tap a new thread or what are you guy suggest thanks and happy scoot

Yea, mine also stripped and I put in a Perma-coil. This is what I got to do it. You will have to drill the hole to fit the COIL then Use the tap in the package and rethread the hole and screw the coil in your done and you screw in the original drain plug. Alleyoop  |
