Yes I can and that is a clear picture and what will help me most is for you to the best you can sort out and lay out in a way of when you take a picture each plug where I can see how many wires on each plug and if you can do two plugs at a time that will be OK too. Also after taking the pictures and posting them tell me exactly what color/s of each wire in the plug is.
Sometimes even the best camera will not pick up say yellow/white clearly and you can't tell. By doing this I can tell you what goes to what even if we have to cut the plugs off because they don't match and use some of the old harness plugs or just crimp splice them together.
Now I'm going to take my grandson to pee wee football practice and won't be back until about 9:00 p.m central and I'll check in.
Was you able to complete the other wiring things on the CDI?

yea, i've got the CDI all set (minus the grey/white, because I am looking for the identical color to crimp on that somebody cut off....grr, may have to settle for a diff color) and the red, black and green from the R&R. Looks like my friend did some weird stuff and added some extra light bulbs to headlight harness.. and somehow ended up cutting up the emergency light off and was planning on re attaching it or something. it's confusing! also looks like he planned on adding a fuse box as well, below is the pic of the wires that go with it ... they should go to the radiator fan and the thermostat (or temperature gauge..forget name) need to figure out where the orange, red/blue and pink go to. We copied this off my old harness going to take pics of headlight harness/ while it's still light out, be right back Tim Attachments:

The yellow/white, blue/white and green go to the fuel gauge; The other wires are headlight wires low and high beam and passing light. Here is our wiring diagrams for the 250 reflex clones and the top one for the CfMoto works well on your scooter: thescooterprofessor.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=250g&action=display&thread=430Look it over and some of this harness can be used and we can use a fuse box or individually fuse the system where they are required. Look at the headlights on the diagram and then you'll see where each of these go and we can walk through each one at a time. JR

Yes maam I can and did you get CDI and R/R finished up? If so then we'll start with the key ignition and go from there.
What I like to do is to get the ignition = engine running electrical and the charging = regulator systems wired correctly then move on to the key/starter functions.
Once we get these items done if all other things are well then we can actually start the scooter. After that it's the lights then accessories.

Ok let's look at the key switch and most of the time it's a 4 wire type switch and the colors will be as follows
Red = 12 VDC feed from battery Black = 12VDC output from key switch to accessories Green = ground Black/white or gray/white to engine kill wire on CDI
So in that harness you bought you should have a singe red wire with a fuse in it to go to the key switch, hook it up to the positive side of the battery and to the key switch which should have a matching red wire.
Now you also said you had the CDI done and if this is the case the engine kill wire needs to hook up to the key switch on the engine kill wire again usually black/white or gray/white
Now on the key swith this leaves us the green and black wires and lets do the green first and of course this is the ground wire. All through that harness from the tail end to the front I'm sure you have a green wire that is spliced together in several places in the harness, it is the ground wire for a lot of things.
On the negative side of the battery you should have a larger black wire that hooks to the battery and goes to a bolt on the frame to ground the frame of the scooter and this harness should have a green wire generally with a larger crimped on eye end on it. You will hook up that green wire to the same point on the frame where the black battery cable hooks up. Then up front by the key switch find a green wire that is a ground and hook it up to the key switch ground.
Now this leaves the black 12Vdc output wire from the key switch. So do you still have the fuse box on the scooter that came on it? If so does it have 4 fuses in it? Let me know and we'll start this process next.

Timblebeau I've looked at all of your pictures and I wish we were close by because the colors and plugs wouldn't mean anything to me because I would just wire it up where each thing goes a wire at a time. Even though you are trying to put a 150 harnesss on a 250 scooter a lot of the wire colors are the same on both. Look at this 150 diagram here and pay no attention to the stator, CDI and coil wiring at this point in fact look at the turn signals, brake lights, horn, headlights and key switch and see if you can run the wires you have to match this diagram, if so then we'll move on to other things. Don't worry about the diode and fuse box they're simple. JR
