it is a nice day out thought i go for a long cruse on the bike get about 15 miles out and hear noises that don't sound right from the motor so i turn around to head back home and it quites wont restart and hard as hell to kick over now do i get a Bk and head or do i get a new motor i looking at the 59mm BBK and head from scrappy's or the 200cc long block motor what do you guys think would be better

Just, is this the scooter with the fuel injection?
You could use wd40 and move the crank.

Yea it is Blue with the feul injection now the bike cooled off it will trun over ok but i think the valves siezed in the head has little compression now i would like to go with the 200cc motor but dont have enough to buy it so i gonna get the largest BBK that will fit without boring the block

I'm not sure if you have to bore the case with 61mm .

took the motor out and apart today found the valves ok and that the piston cracked and was gailed the cylinder had small grooves in it and the pin for the piston siezed in the piston and was sticking in the rod

i got a complete refresh kit from tvnacman
it came with piston cylinder rings head with valves oil pump and gaskets for just over $100 though it was a good deal nice parts and he ships very fast got all but the oil pump installed dont know if i want to tear in to the bottom end to put it in i need a intake and the shoud as it has got hot enough to have holes burned into it and the intake is cracking badly my nieghber has an 150 beamer with the same motor for $125 it has disks brakes f/r and the tires and wheels are the same size i am thinking to buy it and strip it for all the parts that i can use and sell the rest to the scrapyard

Were you wot when this happens? I think you might be too lean. Check your muffler for a blockage or broken baffle.

i was at 3/4 thottle and doing about 60mph and i found signs of an exhaust leak at the head

I'm wondering if the fuel injection might need remapping . to richen it up a little .
can you analize the exaust gas ?
