Got everything Put back together, after a few choice words. Tomorrow, Fill with new oil, and to the coolant burp. Now, i was going thru the pdf, and it shows a bleeder screw on the carb. is there one on there on the 07 or not? I have not noticed any coolant lines going to the carb at all. just vacuum.

No coolant lines are put on the clones that I know of. They still have the hose hook ups for it but they aren't used so don't worry about the carb cooling lines.

They are easy to what is called unprogram themselves. You're better off without it and most people simply unhook them.
On the burping I'll stress letting ti get totally cold before you open it up again. Kind of hard to do when it's hot but as it cools the air comes to the top of the fill cap. If it holds any coolant whatsoever it has air. Air equal running hot and most of the time the fan will not come on.
One of the things I do is fill it up and run it around the block and then let it sit.
You'll get it.

Well JR, I dont think so. About an hour ago i started the scoot up to do more burping, and all was good, until.... It started spewing white smoke like an old locomotive. Yep, you guessed it right... Another blown head gasket. That is 3 head gaskets, in the 132 miles the scoot has on the odometer. Im beginning to think the head is warped. But its not going to be my issue. Im gonna put the whole scoot back together and im gonna get rid of it. The guy that sold it to me, im pretty sure is gonna come buy it back for the same price. So all i am out is like 70 bucks in oil, gaskets, antifreeze, and rtv silicone. I really appreciate all of your guys' help. But apparently this thing is not meant for me. Im not gonna work on it all summer. I bought it hoping to have a bike to ride. Murphy's law i suppose. My grandmas maiden name was Murphy lol.

For sure something isn't right? 3 head gaskets? Got to be a warped head? Well you've learned a lot and I hope you keep looking for a scooter and hang around.
