Just found this;
GY6-B 16 Inch Wheel (BN157QMJ)
The Chinese GY6-B engine, number BN157QMJ, is manufactured by BenNeng of Zhejiang Zhongneng Industry Group. This engine is similar in appearance to the standard GY6, but is not. Some parts interchange, but most do not. They are most readily identified by their 16" rear wheel. Some of the most common models include the Lance Phoenix 150cc Scooter, Fly Cadenza, Zhen ZN150T-18, Xingyue ITA 150cc, Motorino Cassini 150cc and the CMS Prodigy 150cc.

By more power I mean more DC amps to use out of the charging system. The 11 coil stator upgrade still incorparates a AC powered CDI though.

Yep, and very easy to test if its a DC CDI or not, just check the Read Wire on the CDI and if it reads 12V its a DC CDI. Alleyoop

its behind the gas tank , infront of the tail light . out with the seat bucket , off with the rear luggage rack then remove the right side cover .
if you look passed the gas tank you might be able to see it .
I would still like a head on pic of your scooter .
