OK it seems another scooter owner is stumped on how to fix the electrical on their scooter? scooterdoc.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=150cc&action=display&thread=6050Got a list of things that are going on with his scooter and there are clues to the problem in them. I will have to admit one he lists is puzzling and before I decide what the trouble is I'm going to sleep on it even though I got a good idea. Now this is a Roketa scooter and he says it has no side stand switch. With what he has stated the side stand switch would not cause the trouble he's listing but according to my diagram this scooter does have a side stand switch unless it's been removed? If this is the case then what else has been changed? Oh well suggestions and ideas please? Who's going to hit the daily double on this one! He also has a good picture of some of the circuits and don't you just love those blue surgical gloves? Reminds me of a chiropractor I once knew!

OK Has anyone come up with a answer yet? If you look at this wiring diagram right here of this scooter you'll see a interesting thing even though it's a poor diagram. It's the 150 Sicily and the quality is poor. thescooterprofessor.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=50200g&action=display&thread=436I'm about 99% sure I've got the answer but again look at the diagram. Now some have said the key switch? Ok but I've got doubts about the key switch. With all these test so far of ohming the circuits I see one simple thing that is even in the picture that has not been brought up or answered if I haven't missed anything? JR

Well if you take note in that picture he's handling a plugin with 4 wires and no grease. Myself I keep my scooters very clean and about the only thing that I would ever get a little dirty is changing the oil and I do that at home where I can wash my hands. Just call me old fashioned or simple, gloves are not my thing, kind of like taking a shower with a rain coat on! JR
