I just realized, In the notes there is nothing about the "coil" was that missed? Per the Diagram it shows a b/y and drk grn wire....one is ground and one is from cdi? I am trying to make my own wiring diagram so i know how it is supposed to go...

Looks good and yes the coil wires are black/yellow from the CDI and green = ground.

i am trying to make this diagram so i can understand it. I also realize that on my scooter i did have an alarm and i did cross the wires together to by pass the alarm, will i need to connect the black and white wire to the brown wire off the ignition key and connect it to the kill switch?
also i noticed that there is a flasher in line with the brake lights, is that still necesarry?

What colors are on the igniton key switch? On most scooters you have to put a jumper at the plug that unplugged off of the alarm itself. If you look at the Bali diagram you'll see the black/white jumped to the brown/white and yes tis keeps the CDI engine kill circuit complete. Without this jumper on the Bali you would not be able to kill the engine.
The brown/white wire goes to the key switch from the alarm plug and from the alarm plug to the CDI it's black/white. Also remember the emegency kill switch wire is black/white too.
If you have a brown/white on the key switch then yes jump it together to the black/white and tie the black/white from the kill switch to this also.
A solid brown wire usually indicates the tail, license plate and instrument light circuit.
