is there any way to tell which stator is in the bike without pulling the flywheel off i have a 150cc gy6 motor and the reg/rectifier has just four pins in one row

Usually the 150s have an 8 pole stator, If your reg/rectifier has only 4 pins it is an 8 pole stator.

Most of the time they have 8 but some have put in 6 coil stators as well. The 4-pin R/R is used for both. The only sure fire way of knowing is to pull it.  |

In the fuel Injection set up i'm pretty sure the cdi is dc . I want to look to see if there is a stator aetup for that . Just can you check the kit and see if the cdi is dc ?
