I'm new to trying to fix my scooter but I am learning rapidly. It's a 150cc chinese SAGA (Jonway is US equivalent) and it isn't idling too well. It was suggested that I upgrade/replace my CDI; however, I am now confused as to whether it is a 6 or 5 pin CDI I need. While there are 6 wires on mine there are only 5 connections. I only have 1 ground.

Do I order a 6 pin or a 5 pin CDI?

Sounds like a 5 pin if there are 5 connections.
