Brake start

Hey im new on here and i dont know much about mopeds but i have a 2014 taotao 50 cc moped and after i turn the key over as soon as i press the brake it tries to start and turn over but wont and the ignition button doesn't work at all. How do i fix this problem?

Charge the battery,,,check all the wires associated with the battery ,,,make sure all terminations are clean and tight,,,and the wires that go to the solenoid and starter,,,check the engine to frame ground,,,that's a start,,,and if I understand it it tries to start when you hit the brake lever without pushing the start button?,,,if this is the case the start bu Teton switch is stuck closed or the solenoid is stuck closed
