The green wire has broken loose from it's rivet back plate on the back of the headlight. I think it's aluminum so I can't solder. What do I do..?

Somebody may have a better idea, but I've found Gorilla Glue or WeldBond can do wonders, PROVIDED you can maintain a good electrical connection. There are also "liquid metal" type products around, don't know how well they would stand up under continuous vibration.

Thanks ellpee, How would you proceed..? Strip the wire about 1/4" or a little more maybe, then use the glue to..... glue the green wire down but not the copper wire..? Or glue the copper down too..? Would that interfere with conductivity..? How would you do it..?

Strip back the insulation so you can get A small eye connector crimped on and use a small sheet metal screw to fasten it to the metal

Didn't follow you about the copper wire, you said only the green one had come loose, but for any loose wire cyborg's approach should work just fine.
