Hi all, my hubby has a HMC Haze 125cc scooter, some scumbags nicked it off the drive, we managed to recover the bike. To start it they ripped headlight unit off and ripped the wires from the ignition barrel and hotwired it. I'm trying to get it going again but i can't work out what way the wires go, i can get it going with the red and black wire on the terminals but the key is in the off position, it won't start on the on position. Every time i put the green wire on it blows the fuse. Can anybody help please

On the key switch you should have 4 wires.
Red = 12Vdc from battery Black = 12Vdc out to accessories on scooter Green = ground Black or brown/white = CDI kill wire.
Turn the key on and take a multi meter and with the meter set to ohms test the two terminals that have ohms resistance, hook the red and black to those two terminals and then put the other two wires on the last two terminals.
