Hello, i'm new here. I have a Piaggio Fly 50 4T 2009, i install a 80cc kit with a powercam and a Malossi variator.
Last week everything was fine. But now, when i want to give more idle speed to the motor, i screw the idle screw and nothing happen? I screw the idle screw at max and the motor didn't rev more?
Any idea???
I didn't have a air mix screw on my original Piaggio carburator, i have a main jet #80 and pilot jet #35.
But the acceleration always good and fast and my top apeed is 80 km\h (50 mph)!
Thank's!

Take a picture of the CARB AREA on the THROTTLE CABLE SIDE I think you put the throttle cable in wrong and not adjusted it right. Alleyoop

Next time when i check the carburetor, i took picture, but yesterday i take the carb and i check for the air mixture screw. I see a screw without crack to put one screwdriver! I managed to remove it and to make him a crack to put a screw driver!!! It was a real crew air mixture but with no crack to adjust. It was screwed at the Max... I have a little spring in my stock for carburetor and it fit inside the hole. Now my motor run better, it need 2 and ½ turn to have a decent idle, but if i play with the idle screw almost no change if i screw at the max! I think i'm going to buy a brand new carburetor on Ebay!? I try took picture of my carburetor tomorrow!

Ah, you have a carb with the fuel mixture plugged. On those you have to drill out the PLUG it is about 1/8 thick and the screw is behind the plug. Here is what the plug looks like Alleyoop HERE IS THE PLUG:
