Ummmm--well,it has been a bad winter,staying inside,no exercise,no place to ride,extra calories and carbs with no exercise--not that I actually need to lose 50 pounds,no,not me--but some of you may have lost your focus on staying slim--not me--well,maybe ,me ,a little--so,I was looking for a site to give a fast count for all foods for a chart I am keeping ,with a click of the mouse and this is one--even better than the one for Atkins,(I accidently became a member)---anyhow,find this website and in the search space put your food or drink ,and it will instantly give calories,carbs,and all the nutrition --and much more...try it ,you will like it
