but im scared becase the halves a relitiively sof compared to tools. plus i cant get swing bush arm off

I would use a quality puddy knife and a small ball peen hammer. Just be careful with the parting surfaces. Life is Good..

use a pry bar with light tension and tap the cases , be sure all the screws are out .

what about the bush swing arm or whateva it is called, do i have to remove that before i can split the cases

it is dark atm but it is a piece of metal that goes across both halfs and which holds another bit of metal with the two mounting bolt holes on...

Yes, if you are talking about the swingarm holding the motor from one motor mount to the other motor mount on each half of the motor.

haha i have prevailed, it has been a pain in the ass but i split the cases. now i have to decide what do i buy first the full circle crank or the sports pipe....
