.buggydepot.com offers a case machining service for anyone wanting to install a BBK, they give all the directions on what is required of the customer as far as disassembling the engine and just sending them the 2 case halves, they say they usually have about a 1-4 day turnaround time.
Not bad for $39.50+ shipping
Just thought this might be helpful info for anyone that has a 150cc GY6 that may be wanting to upgrade to a BBK but has no way of getting the case machined locally, I figure it might take a couple weks to get it there get it done and get it back, but that would be a great winter project when we cant ride much anyway....
