I found this scooter called the sunny dongfang mcd250std or called the regal. Nice scooter but I cant find any information on it. Does anyone know about this scooter and parts. .

Standard 250 touring style scooter with the vertical CF Moto clone engine, lots of parts for this scooter. It's called by other names and is a nice over all Chinese scooter.

Isn't the 257cc the horizontal Linhai engine, JR? Just trying to make sure I have my facts straight.
And Lambman, FYI, looks exactly like mine, marketed as the Roketa MC-54-250B, and I paid just shy of $2K for it, delivered, in case you want to price shop.

yes the horizontal is the linhai motor

Be very leary of Dong Fang. They have had issues in the past esp with their trikes. Parts were/are hard to get your hands on. That is one of the reasons Ice Bear quit handleing their trikes.

No it's actually the linhai 257cc and I had to look again, my bad. It's not the vertical engine. They changed the CVT cover just a tad on this scooter and no it's not a total copy of the 250B it's actually more of a copy of the linhai 260 with the single headlight. Dash is different and it's a nice looking scooter but Jim knows this company and I would value his opinion iight if it were me considering buying one. |

I Recently just sold my yy250t with the 244cc clone. The Dongfang has only 500 miles this has the 257cc is there any difference in the engine power. |
