i have two honda sky's one runner and one a non runner, the non runner has no spark. For hours I've been trying to get the non runner going using the runners parts but no luck. I know every loom and component works as I've used them on the runner. Last resort I had a look at the flywheel, timing magnet and stator plate, swapped them onto the no runner and still no luck. After not getting it running I decided to fit it back on the runner now they both will not spark! The no runner was bought off someone who did not tell me they had been playing around with the parts in that area as I can see some damage to the stator plate and no nut was put back on the flywheel is there a certain way of assembling the parts in this area to get a spark? From what I can tell the stator plate, flywheel and timing magnet only go on one way which is the way I remember taking them off, I cannot see how taking them off and the one loom has now stopped the runner working as its was fine before they came off?
