Do scooters have a transmission fluid or is it the same as gear oil cause i know to change the gear oil but do people also call the the transmission fluid kinda confused?

Yes, you can buy transmission oil most of us use 80w90 weight at your local auto parts store.
The gear box takes very little its a splash system, as the gears turn it splashs oil around to the other gears and bearings.
